From its humble beginnings on the 2nd of August 2009, Jess and her family opened up a well known cafe located in the Coffee Mecca of Melbourne; as seen today compared to the rest of the world! Coffee is seen to be at peak in Melbourne as first class coffee players in the Game! Since the opening of the cafe in 2009 the Vong family decided that in order to attract consumers like yourselves it takes time to perfect the right techniques to make the best standard coffees with the most quality green coffee beans sourced from Nepal, Colombia and Brazil and in conjunction, having an Australian Roaster prioritising in Organic Coffee is a niche passion for our business at Coffee Organico.

 

At our business everyone who walks into the Cafe is considered family, sharing breakfast, lunch or dinner being served, a coffee to compliment such meals is the perfect ideal! Not only that, Jess the main barista in the family business started making coffees only 5 years ago, and has a simple technique to make coffees that are not as bitter to taste, sour nor burnt. Jess has in particular self taught skills to become the barista she is today! Many of the clients we see at the Cafe compliment her barista skills. Jess with the passion she had, only thought of improving the nature and culture of drinking coffee only just of recent say 2 years or so.

 

Her plans motivated her to execute them and when the timely matter came along she took it to advantage to source the best product not only for this online platform but to be used at the Cafe the Vong family business she also helps to run. In attempt to provide good quality 100% Arabica coffee beans (Nepalese, Colombian and Brazil), the Medium to Dark Roast is what Jess came up with, proved to be a winner when used it firstly as a sample at her Family Cafe. Jess would love to create culture and wellbeing of coffee drinking where coffee consumption is healthier than other regular Specialty Coffees. Coffee Organico is one that is Fair Trade, Certified Organic, Sustainable, Environmentally Conscious and Vegan friendly.
